Bugatti, a Metelli group brand, will be in attendance at the Autopromotec trade fair in Bologna, to present an important new product: the timing belt kit with water pump, which is officially called the BUGATTI SMART KIT. Each Bugatti Smart Kit is studied and developed by a team of technical experts, who select the optimal configuration of components in order to offer the best value for money every time. More than 170 references have been developed, covering around 1200 car models and more than 90% of European car parc.

A single kit that includes: water pump, tensioner, belt, idler pulleys and accessories which can be ordered under a single product code, reducing errors in identification. Bugatti has chosen to offer a warranty of 3 years for the timing belt kit. This decision is inspired by the proven durability and reliability of these parts over time; the company has been producing spare parts for over 50 years, using an advanced quality and control system. Years of research in our R&D laboratory have given rise to a comprehensive range of high-quality tensioners, which have passed countless durability tests with flying colors. Timing belts are simple but vital components. Only belts made by selected manufacturers are included in the timing belt kits with water pump, in order to ensure maximum performance and reliability.

Bugatti water pumps provide performance and technical features that correspond with the original, and with more than 700 items available, they offer long life and excellent performance, guaranteed by the quality of the materials and the efficiency of the production process. The casting of the water pump is carried out in-house by the Metelli Group foundry.
