Bugatti has included numerous new products in its portfolio to complete its range of engine components for both timing and auxiliary parts. The following new families are available alongside the current Water Pumps (700 references) and Timing Belt Kits with Water Pump (211 references):

- Timing Belt Kit: 400 references

-Tensioners and idler pulleys: 830 references

- Damper pulleys: 120 references

JOINT VENTURE METELLI - TAIXIN: SIGNED THE CLOSING OF THE ACQUISITION OF THE MAJORITY STAKES OF CHINESE COMPANY

On July 15th 2022, Metelli S.p.A. signed the closing of the acquisition of the majority stakes of Chinese Company Houzhou Taixin. The new Company, named Metelli-Taixin, will be based in Houzhou (Zhejiang province) south-west of Shanghai area. Houzhou Taixin Company is internationally recognized as a manufacturer of quality water pumps for both passenger cars and heavy-duty vehicles, building over the years a high level of technical know-how and strong knowledge of the supply chain.

SMART KIT: BUGATTI CHOOSES THE BEST

Bugatti, a Metelli group brand, will be in attendance at the Autopromotec trade fair in Bologna, to present an important new product: the timing belt kit with water pump, which is officially called the BUGATTI SMART KIT. Each Bugatti Smart Kit is studied and developed by a team of technical experts, who select the optimal configuration of components in order to offer the best value for money every time.

From the land of the 1000Miglia and the experience of over 40 years as a Water Pump manufacturer, Bugatti has decided to offer a range dedicated to classic cars called Bugatti Classic. The requests from vintage car enthusiasts have convinced us to continue production of parts for historic vehicles. The range is dedicated to these glorious vintage cars with 35 water pump references, easily identified because they have the letters “BC” added to the part number.

SOL.ID : THE METELLI GROUP FOUNDRY

Metelli S.p.A. is proud to announce the achievement of the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 for its 100% owned company Sol.Id S.r.l., recently fully renovated from plant, equipment and capability point of view. Sol.Id is an aluminium pressure die casting company based in Castegnato (BS-Italy), active in the manufacturing of automotive components such as water pump housing, covers, brackets.  Sol.Id company evolution is part of Metelli group strategy to increase the verticalization of the core processes and their manufacturing know-how.

The new Metelli Group automated warehouse in the production hub of Cologne (BS) is finished and operational. An investment of over 4 million Euros, which provides our customers with greater availability and faster delivery of brake pads, shoes and fast kits.
